BSRF extends its thanks
Dr John Shneerson retires from the BSRF Grants Committee
The British Scoliosis Research Foundation would like to thank Dr John Shneerson MD FRCP for his service to the Grants Committee. Dr Shneerson has been offering his time to the BSRF since 1990, and as a specialist in respiratory and sleep medicine his contribution has been key to ensuring that BSRF is funding quality research into scoliosis.
Dr Shneerson has been highly involved in BSRF, and, as well as being a valued member of the Grants Committee, he was a Director of the charity from 1990–2006. He was also a member of the Organising and Scientific Committee of the 9th International Phillip Zorab Symposium in 1993. Dr Shneerson has published extensively and lectures both nationally and internationally on the respiratory complications of scoliosis.
